KM Parcel : Parcel Tracking Application

My responsibilities include creating wireframes, flow charts, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. I collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to create a collaborative environment for sharing ideas and iterating on designs. Currently, I'm involved in projects such as an e-commerce platform (user panel, admin panel, vendor panel), a booking management system to streamline shipping operations for timely deliveries, a mobile application for parcel status tracking, and various informative websites.

Created creative content, motion graphics, and branding materials. Designed intuitive UIs and enhanced UX to improve user interaction and experience across digital platforms.

This app streamlines SHOB's order processing, ensuring efficient delivery staff and admin communication for confirmed deliveries.
